Reporting a problem with the compressor

These details help us find the cause quickly:

Your phone or computer model, and the browser and its version (in Chrome: menu, Settings, About Chrome).
The file type, size and dimensions shown by the tool.
The limit you chose and whether “Allow smaller dimensions” was on.
The exact message the tool showed.

Please do not send personal photos

Do not attach ID photos, documents or pictures of people. If a problem only happens with one image, try to reproduce it with a harmless picture, like a photo of a plant or a wall, and send that instead.
